I have been able to add 1-2 mpg when changing to a K & N air filter. You can also buy lower-resistance tires, and keep them at slightly higher air pressure. The biggest difference is from how you drive. I could do a lot better I avoided jack-rabbit starts, and kept it at 65 on the freeway. Unfortunately I like to go fast and love the sound of the V8 starting off as the light changes to green, so I end up happy with 15 mpg, 19-20 on the freeway..
