Default Former Mopar guy converted to Ford

Hello Everyone, I am a former Dodge Ram and Grand Cherokee owner who has now become a Ford guy. Unlike some people, I didn't switch brands becuase I had trouble with Mopar. I actually liked my Hemi V8 Ram and my 5.7 Liter GC. I put more than a 100k miles on each and never had any issues with either. In fact when I started shopping for a new truck, I looked very closely at the 2012 Ram, but then I drove the F150 and fell in love with it. I love the classic look of the F150 much better than the 2012 Ram. I ended up getting the Super Crew Lariat with 5.0 V8 and got a fantastic deal with the end of model year clearance. I must say I absolutely love my new F150. Even though, I have only owned it for a couple of weeks, there is nothing that I don't like about this truck. I love all the features of the Ford Sync, the handling, the payload capacity and just the way it looks. This is one Mopar guy who is never going back!

Welcome to the site! Awesome truck! I'm glad you're now convinced that these F-150's are a sweet ride. BTW, could you tell me what MOPAR stands for. I've never understood what it means...

Thanks man! Yeah I have finally seen the light..lol..I love my ride! MOPAR simply means "MOtor PARts" it basically is a term used to describe any Chrysler product!

I'm trying to get some ideas and then decide what I'm gonna do, but for now I'm just gonna keep it stock and just enjoy the ride!
