Default Engine Reving While in Park

Hi!
First time I have ever posted anywhere about anything. I wonder if anyone else has experienced a problem I have had with my 3 month old 2007 F150. After completing my transaction in the drive through at the bank I put my foot on the brake and shifted out of park into drive. The engine immediatly reved as if I had put the gas peddle to the floor. I confirmed that I did have the shift in drive. I shifted back to park but the engine continued to reve. The engine stopped reving when I turned the key off. After I gather my witts about me I started the truck again and it performed as if nothing had happened. I took the truck to Ford and they found nothing wrong - no codes. My household has 4 Fords, F250, F150, Escort and Tarus (and a Mazda RX8 made by Ford). I've never experienced this before. Anyone know what's up?
Thanks, Morocco1
