Hi to everyone at f150 forum
I live in the UK and own a 2001 f150 Harley Davidson super crew I would be great if any of you other f150 owners can help me with authenticity and what spec it should or should not have it currently has a 5.4 v8 Triton engine that I have removed a nasty gas conversion

Welcome to the forum! I'm sure if your asking if that year truck should have the exact engine, or what, but I'm sure someone will come along, and identify it. Though, it doesn't seem odd. Anyways, good luck with your truck.
