I bought a '98 F150 standard cab, short bed, 2wd, 4.6 auto this spring.
I've been trolling the forums here ever since.

I think I got it figured out
She's pretty plain. I got all the maintenance up to date. Now I think I'll tint the windows and drive it.
Mods aren't really what I'm going for right now, I drive a company vehicle so my truck only sees the road on the weekends.
I would love to start some mods but it's hard to justify for as little as I drive it.

It looks good the way it is too. Mine is stock too. That color looks good. It looks well cared for.

Welcome the the site...that truck looks good! im from the lafayette area...your alot like me as far as mods go...i tinted windows, dual exhaust, and some minor cosmetic things...

the offroad park right? i have some buddies that have gone there before...we are so close to the badlands in attica that we have always gone there. def worth the trip if you like to wheel...

I forgot badlands was down there and it is a lot closer to you...

I would love to head down there for a weekend sometime but the only 4X4 in the stable right now is my wife's jeep, and if I broke it she would probably go out and buy a new one with the life insurance money after she killed me
