Cheers From New F-150 Florida Member
Hello to all. As a new member from South Florida, I’ve already enjoyed exchanging a few posts. Folks here are receptive and always ready to assist! Feels like the long lost camaraderie of yesteryear is ever-present on F150forum.com.
After decades driving performance SUVs, when Ford announced the 2019 F-150 Limited with the 3.5L H.O. EcoBoost, it was a must-have. A few months now into my new 2019 truck and it’s been an awesome switch. Got rid of the SUV’s!
The twin-turbo quietly produces tons of power is very responsive and when switching from Normal to Sport Drive Mode it “transforms Dr Jekyll into Mr Hyde”. Not to mention the cargo and trailering capacity.
Please let me know of suggestions to dress up the engine bay - custom painted engine covers, etc.

Given the already substantial options on my 2019 Limited, I'm keeping my truck stock since I really like it as-is.
I'd like to dress up the very dull, all-black engine bay (pic). After contacting an engine cover painting outfit, I was discouraged (if not shocked) at the prices received just for the PAINTED COVER - the cheapest 2-color job for $950, then $1,400 and $2,200 (for a plastic painted cover!!)
An ideas on some brightwork or well-placed billet dress-up parts are appreciated.
