Default Break Control Module compatibility

I have a 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat 4x4. I want to add a brake control module. I called the dealership and the part number is $295.00. The OEM part number is AL3219H332AA according the parts department. I have searched the internet and can not find this part number at all. I have found numerous parts at salvage yards and on eBay with a wide range of part and engineering numbers that claim to fit my year and model. They have a wide range of engineering numbers and part numbers.

My question is whether these parts will interchange with the part number provided by the local dealership. My concern is a programming issue that may be tied to my trucks towing package.

Thanks for the input.

The part number is AL3Z-19H332-AA, they can be tough to get right now due to a back order but it appears we can get one from our local Ford accessories warehouse.
