THANX!!!!
Such a welcome from all of you is really nice!
I'm gonna try to answer each of you:
-DNLOW->
Well, every time I get to the pump, I can hear my credit card crying.... Just to compare, 1 gallon is around 4€-4.5€ ($5.5-$6!). But when you love, you do not count. ;-).
-LENN-> Actually even if the trend in Europe is for compact and "green" cars, people love US cars. And evrybody loves my truck! Evrery body says "pretty nice, but kind of big"... Bu that's why I bought it!
Last time, I went to a car wash, and the owner came out of it's office to see it and ask me questions about it. He said, "I never do that but here it's different"
But you right, such a truck is a rarity.
-SMOKIN LARIAT-> Your French is good!
You just made a little spelling mistake. It's "bonne nuit" and not "bon nuit".
That's right, sometimes I feel kind of "tight" when I'm stuck in the traffic or drive down town looking for a parking spot... At these moments, I really feel alone...;-) But it worths it!
Fortunatly, I do not live in a big city, so it's much more easier for me. I live down south, so if one day you plan to come to France again, it'll be a pleasure for me to meet you and let you drive my truck around!
-RAIDERH8R89-> Trucks here are not as popular as in the US, but you would be suprised. You can see a lot of Japanese mid size trucks, but VERY few full size. In some very rare occasions you can cross a Ram, but a F150, as often as an UFO...
-ROUSHNITEMARE-> Thanks man. I'm really glad I made that choice. Not my credit card...;-)
Kooly1, Pitty7700, Fordfanatic101, Viper, and all of you thanks again!

Hi my neighbour Burt! What part of Belgium are you from?
Thanks for my English but yours seems to be pretty good too .
I used to live and study in Southern California. But unfortunatly, because of my job, I haven't been there for such a long time.. I miss it.
Here's a picture of my truck:
It's a 2007 model, 5.4L XLT
I haven't changed the wheels and tires yet, but I'm about to do it.
BTY, if some of you know about leveling kit, could you go check that thread (https://www.f150forum.com/f4/leveling-kit-47420/) and give me your opinion.
Roush, do you know the town that truck will be shipped to? If it's around my area (Marseille), I'll go see it.

Welcome to the site. My company's head quarters are actually in La Rochelle, France, where ever that is.
But, hell, that's neat that you all like US cars. I figured you all were on that "greeny" trip over across the pond So, we got some Europeans in the F150 Family. Cool.
Oh, nice ride there too How do you all get parts and stuff for "foriegn" made trucks, just curious
