Back In A Truck, Finally
Hey all,
Canadian member here from Ontario, just outside of Ottawa (our nation's capital). For the past five years I've driven a Mazda 3S in what I can only describe as post-apocalyptic snow, and I finally had enough of it this winter.
Just picked up my new 2017 F-150 XL FX4 with a 5.0L, 3.55, 33" BFs, and a leveling kit. The dealer cut me a good deal and as of tonight I've cracked the 200km mark (took it out on a few country roads to just cruise).
I plan to do a few small modifications to the truck, but nothing out of the ordinary - looking at an aluminum tonneau cover and a bull bar or something of the sort to combat the deer and bears around here.
The truck definitely doesn't feel like a base model with the max tow package, Sync 3, etc. Maybe I'll have to take the XL badges off - because it's a little embarrassing
