People in general do not understand the sacrifices our men and women in uniform make each and every day so that we can live in a country where we can enjoy our freedoms, nor do they appreciate the little things in life that make this country what it is. Once again, I thank you for your service. God bless our servicemen and women and GOD BLESS THE USA!

Loving it brother.. And yes alot dont really understand what it is like to be a Soldier.. I knew what TAPS was before i deployed.. But when i heard it i didnt think anything of it until i deployed.. Now when i hear it around my buddies that deployed everybody shuts up and has a moment of silence for our fallen brothers and sisters...
I will never forget the moments I Saluted a Blackhawk flying away performing a Hero Flight while they played TAPS for the whole FOB to hear.. My 12 month deployment is something I will never forget..

Btw, I updated with a pic.. I didnt use my photobucket account this time though.. So if anybody knows how to embed and wouldnt mind taking care of that I would definetly appreciate it..

Thanks for fighting for our freedom man! My sister and brother in law are army and hope they don't have to deploy + I have a second cousin who's convoy ran by an IED last month. He has wounded (idk how bad) but his unit all survived. Glad you made it home and I hope without harm, I hope everyone here has the A LOT of respect for anyone else with a set of big steel ones to face the line of fire! Thanks again man. God bless ya!
