4.2 engine rattle

Default 4.2 engine rattle
My 2007 4.2 with 46,000 rounds rattles excessivley when i accererate. It sounds lke a lifter rattle on a older engine but only makes the noise when the engine is working hard on the freeeway in 5th gear. Is this a common noise for these engnes? any suggestions?

yep its common, most likely its a broken bushing on the imrc

Whats the IMRC? Our 4.2 is starting to make this sound also.
