Sounds like one of the new spark plugs they put in has a hairline crack in the porcelain.
I had this happen many times on my 2011 EB. It would never throw a code, just miss under moderate to heavy throttle.
Very hard to see the crack but I had it happen to 3 different OEM plugs, 3 different occasions.

Thanks Mike from Tn
I bought my '13 EB with somewhere around 44k on it. I wasn't experiencing any drivability issues buy after joining this forum and doing some reading, I did the "weep hole" mod to my inter cooler and a lot of sludge came out of it. Might be something to mention to them! Not the mod but the possibility of buildup.

Hi Doc, would wish it could be that simple and I'll definitely ask and send that message to the dealer. It would be crazy if that were the problem after all this time and tests!

I have never actually experienced the "shudder"/"misfire" from the buildup in the inter cooler but from what I've read in several threads here is it can be a slight fluctuation at idle and/or a shudder/miss under acceleration.
Im not all that computer literate and don't know how to link another thread into my post. Use the search function and search "weep hole"! Lots of info to be had!
I hope you get this problem ironed out soon. Sounds like it's getting expensive.

Just got off the phone with the service manager. I don't care what the problem is I want my truck fixed and back to me. He promised me he would go out and check that they have changed plugs like the doctor said as a possible problem. Told the service manager "I don't care if it's something stupid like that, I just want my truck back".

Yup! Stand your ground. You have already spent a lot of money on their mis-diagnosis.

I ended up data logging in mode6 and watch each cylinder graph. Each time the cylinder showing spikes would be cracked plug.
Even though the plugs are new, they need to check/replace again, as I mentioned my misfires were all on brand new plugs.

Yep, it took me a while to figure my misfire too.
