Default 2018 Ford F150 P0035 code

Sorry, I'm new. My truck has check engine light on, retrieved the code as P0035, so I replaced the Turbo Bypass Valve and cleared the code. A day later, check engine light came back on and checking for the codes, it displayed the same P0035 code. I doubled checked my install and the wiring leading to the valve, everything looks good. A buddy check the wiring and found only 0.6V on the one wire, which by research should have been 12V.

Searching the internet, it falls on fuse 36, I checked the fuse and it is good. I'm told we now need a "pin location" for junction S154 so we can determine if the damage is there. Does anyone know where or how I can find / locate junction S154 in the wiring hardness?

I cant afford to pay to get a dealer involved right now.

I can jumper 12V from somewhere else, but if there is an issue with this junction it could cause me even more problems in the future.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
