Hello from Nebraska. Two days ago my wife and I bought a new 2016 Gem Green F150 Lariat. Call this one a new old dealer stock F150. It was a special order that someone had turned down when the dealer received it.
It is not my first Ford pickup. I had a 1968 3/4 ton camper special that I inherited. My dad has owned it now for 24 years and it still gets driven some.
This new one is just a bit nicer and better equipped than the 1968 version!
The new one is a Super Crew Cab with a 5 1/2' box and has the 502A package with a factory spray in bed liner, folding bed extender, active park assist, the technology package, and the chrome package.
This is definitely a step up from the 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 that I traded in. The only thing that the old Dodge had over this new F150 is that it was long ago paid for.
