I have a Black UWS also and the quality is great. Closes with easy and latches on BOTH sides and it only requires you you left one of the handles to open so you can access the crap in it from outside the truck. I love the functionality of it but not 100% with the "work truck" look. I like simple and clean. May sell it and get a under the rail and then get a bed cover.

AHHH!!! Very Very Awesome truck!!! I just bought an 03 super crew but I was eyeing these up too... Can't afford a new one but maybe when they are 10 years old I can haha...

thanks!!! really pleased so far. as for quality I would hate to answer. I paid it zero attention and had it removed for bed cover.
