I have been using turtle wax ICE for years. My favorite part of it is that it is truly clear. You don't have to worry about getting it on door and window trim or the mirrors like the old paste wax that would show up white on all black plastic. This stuff is great and fast for those of us that are not looking for car show polishing. I have no idea what it would look like on white but my Magnet f150, my old Red Dodge, my copper and black HD all look mirror when finished.

Default Wax

I am showing my age here but, back in the 70s, we used to apply a Blue Coral product. Came in a kit with liquid polish and a hard wax. Had to work your butt off, but made your vehicle slick and smooth.

Have been using Meguiar's more recently. Seems to work well on dark colors.

Griots paint sealant did a nice job on my wife's white rouge. Super durable and a little goes a long way. If you don't get at least a dozen applications out of the bottle you're using way too much.

I picked up a bunch of Chemical Guys products a few months back on Amazon because they had a crazy coupon + subscribe & save deal going on. One of those products was the Butter Wet Wax (
Amazon Amazon
). I've been really happy with the results. I may have to check out this Collinite 845 stuff though.

Collinite 845 is amazingly easy to use and lasts almost forever.
I've been using it for years.
Paint must be ready before applying the Collinite. It will not remove scratches, stains, waterspots or anything that does not belong there.
It will protect the paint from all of the above tho.
Goes on easy, comes off easy. Does not stain the rubber, plastic, glass or any other material.
Try it - you'll like it.
Buy it on Ebay or Amazon.

I used McKee's 37 AIO followed by two THIN layers of 845. Truck looked great.

Just ordered some 476 to try out on family member's cars. I have read over and over about its durability. Fall wax jobs are around the corner for them.
