You all have me really wanting to try Cquartz on my wife's black MDX, it has 140k miles and is my tester for all products before my truck, vette, harley etc.
Paint is showing its age even with care as it sits out all year round due to our recent move and now small garage.
Is there a benefit I would want to layer the Cquartz or one and done?
They mention layering on a couple sites I have read up on. Looks pretty straight forward to apply.
Is there any benefit to a quick detailer type wipe down after washing later on once cured or is the cquartz shine it and you really can't improve and would just be wasting product?
Thanks for info, Merlin, cars look awesome.
I have neighbors asking me about detailing their cars since moving to SE OH and this might be an option as they are hard on their vehicles.

I wonder how it doesn't at preventing small scratches from tree branches/ sage brush. When mine was new I was metacilous about detailing it and keeping it pretty. 4 years later and 120k mi in drive it where i want and am not afraid of a little rocky Mountain pinstripping. So far most of it has buffed out and I normally do griots garage polywax 3 times a year or so

Been many moons since I posted, time to update.
Not sure if it's a Toyota or Nissan but that silver car in the reflection is parked about 25yrds away.

For putting on 120k miles and all the brush and tree branches I've driven thru the ol turd shines up pretty good still. Not show quality like a lot of yours but at least some good redneck quality
