Leaf blower

I recently ran across this RIDGID - 4 Gal. 6.0-Peak HP Wet Dry Vac with Detachable Blower
The Detachable Blower is small, lightweight, pushes lots of air and has a FILTER on the blower!
IMHO This tool was designed for the auto detailing enthusiast and it has a $99 price tag.

I have a second BucketHead vacuum I hook up to a ABS rig to dry my big wetsuits and my dry suit. If I pick up a decent venturi nozzle at Home Depot I should be able to get some good results with it.
I'd never use my leaf blower.....it doubles as a vac (cheap Toro blower/vac but it moves a ton of air quick) so I've usually got crud built up around the impeller....hate to start sandblasting my truck after spending good money cleaning it up.

If you use a leaf blower NEVER use it on anything but paint!
That is why I like the RIDGID - 4 Gal. 6.0-Peak HP Wet Dry Vac with Detachable Blower
If you're looking for something inexpensive ($99) and it has a FILTER.
I personally use the Metro Air Force Master Blaster and it has FILTERED warm air.

No need for filtered air unless you are standing in the dirt or sand when you are blowing. A blower isn't going to suck anything off a wet driveway, especially from the 3+ feet in the air that you hold a blower.

If you ever use the leaf blower on grass, leaves, dirt, driveway, sidewalk etc. it WILL pick up debris into the intake.
This can (and will) come out the front. Debris can come out the front once the unfiltered leaf blower is contaminated.
If you have a choice between a filtered blower or an unfiltered blower IMHO the choice is simple.
Whether you spend $100 or $400 I suggest a blower with a filter. It is better to be safe than sorry.

Now, if I can just figure out how to drive in filtered air...
