Stoners and a good microfiber towel, hard to beat. Been using the stuff for years and have found it to be the best.

Default Run your defroster

When I run mine it clears up. Shut it off and it comes.

I quit using chemicals. I use these Norwex towels, just use water on teh blue to scrub the glass then buff dry with the purple one and the glass is perfectly clean, no streaks and no fog. Ill never use glass cleaner again ever, these work.

I do like Stoner's but I was in Advanced Auto parts the other day and bought this http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/...ortby=ourPicks and I have to say that I really like it. To me it's just as good as Stoner's.

It sounds like you are using some product on your dash that is off gassing to the interior glass. What are you putting on your dash? OR is this a new truck?

No matter what glass cleaner you use, this crap is hard to get off. You are going to need lots of towels and some 91% Isoprop Alcohol mixed 50/50 with distilled water. Spray the cleaner onto the towel and work a small area, then with a second towel wipe up the area. For each section you need to use a new clean section of each towel. Now if you dont have IPA you can try it with your glass cleaner of choice, but the key is clean towel rotation!!!

Wipe the interior from left to right, and the exterior up and down. This way if you see streaks you will know which side of the glass its on.....saves your sanity.

This might take a few repeated applications of cleaning to remove the film build up on the glass. When you speak of rainbow effects on the glass, that is a sure sign of residue from some source.

Cheers,
GREG

Many , many Thanks to all who replied . My sanity is now safe and intact . I tried every suggestion and Stoners Invisible Glass seems to work the best . Had to clean the interior glass three times before the haze went away . Again , many thanks .

Default Glass in my ***

It's distracting and interferes with night driving . When the light is just right you can see a light haze on the glass which appears to wipe off but later I find it has not . try 3500 grit rotten stone pads with water and go full up and down strokes exterior and interior don't use on windows tint, Amazon has them inexpensive, 320- 3500 grit less than 2000 grit may not good a little rough 😀
