The thing I hate about true claybar is if you drop the claybar, throw it away because it becomes sandpaper.

For me I hate paying for water. I prefer concentrated products.
That's why I prefer Immolube for the products small price difference.
I also feel that Immolube has more lubricity and makes more lube.
...I might guess that a small Immolube bottle will make over a gallon.
IMHO It also works better. If you have not tried it I recommend it.

For a "clay bar" I have used the Pinnacle Ultra Poly Clay (if needed) as a follow up to the Nanoskin polymerized rubber towel/mitt.
I like the Pinnacle Ultra clay as it is very pliable and kneads easy. It's not dry, break apart, hard to work with, & has little residue.
It is important to realize that "clay" is an abrasive product used to remove embedded contaminants and can/will affect the finish.
There are lots of clays, decon towels and mitts, clay lubes etc. Check to make sure that the "clay" is not micro marring the paint.
Again, clay lube is very important...Clay should "glide" across the paint. Do not use pressure and the paint area needs to stay wet.
If you find a product that works for you...Use It! There are different "feels" and results from the many different available products.
I just suggest what I use, what I like to use, and what performs well for me with my paint decontamination needs and requirements.
I have no affiliation with any of the suppliers. I tell you what works for me. If you decide to try them please let us know your results.
