For all my vehicles with leather seats over the years I found the Lexol brand cleaner and conditioner to be pretty good. Kept my leather seats supple.
I read brands like Adam's is good too but I usually find something that works and just stick with it. In this case Lexol:

Looks like the adams stuff does a nice job. I may have to give it a try. I've been using zaino leather in a bottle for the past year. Smells good and does a nice job. I prefer it over lexol, it has a better smell in my opinion.

Duragloss makes a great cleaner and their conditioner is some of the best on the market.

Lexol is good for maintaining or if you really just want to give a good once over.

For spot cleaning a detailer recommended to me to use Mr. Clean magic eraser for spots. I had a Dodge magnum with light colored leather and that would clean without discoloration.

I dont use magic eraser as it can actually damage the leather. Have had to send a few customers to the dealership or upholstery shop due to the customers use of the eraser.

Lexol is good but I just felt it was sticky. Its more expensive than the duragloss as well.

Leatherique is AWESOME for restoring leather. I have some of it as well but its too expensive to use as maintenance. Same with Leather Masters.

The OP asked what's the best leather CLEANER out there?

Why not a FORD product?

It even gets rid of dye transfer too, which is what I need...

Its more expensive than most of the products mentioned TBH. I prefer to go with companies I have used for years. Your seats look great though. Just follow it up with a conditioner.

A cheap, very effective method is a light concentration of lemon juice and water.
