What am I doing wrong on this site?

What am I doing wrong on this site?
I'm either doing something the hard way or who ever developes these
web site programs don't put much thought into them.
Case in point; I'm at the topics page and see a title I want to read
the threads on. I read a few on page one, go to page two and so on.
When I want to return to the topics page I must hit the back arrow
as many times as per the pages I looked at.
Am I doing this the hard way or what? I even clicked on "first" to
take me back to the first page of threads and still had to hit the
back arrow several times to get back to the topic page.. Is there
a "return to topics" button anywhere I fail to see?

See the links underlined in blue at the top of the page? Click on the 2009-Present Ford F150 link and it will take you back to the forum.
Also when typing a post you don't have to hit enter at the end of each line you type like you would on a typewriter.
