Unable to change profile picture
I've had a profile pic for almost a year; the other day I tried to change it... first I checked the "Delete current image" box, then I clicked the "Choose File" and pointed to a new local file, smaller than 200x200.
The new file is displayed in the User CP Edit Profile Picture area, but the OLD profile pic continues to be displayed in all new & past posts.

In your user Control panel/ under "Settings & Options"/ "Edit Avatar".
