I can assure you it's not my internet connection or pc speed.

They shouldn't blur at all. Or if they do no more than a split second. I know they are changing settings because even Firefox now has the blur for a sec or so then clear. Chrome, IE11 and MS Edge are slower.

I'm also using a Netgear Nighthawk gamers router.
System specs below.

Also using an Intel SSD.

There is something wrong with this server and/or the forum software settings without a doubt. The connection to it is normal.

I stand corrected.

yeah we're still testing, the blur showing up is fine--it's a problem if it doesn't go away.

Just scrolled up to post 22 in this thread, pic did not load. Tapped on it for picture viewer and returned it was there. All the other pictures were fine:confused1:
Actually not a big deal, now know to click on the picture and it will pop up

Yep...That's the workaround for me. Just tap the picture and it clears up.

Posted in a different thread but it's relevant here as well. The only pics that are slow to load or blur are pics uploaded to this server, when linked from an external server there is no slowness, no blur, they appear immediately. So it's definitely a server problem.

They have cleared up for me in the last few days. Whatever was done, thanks!

we've added some patches to account for older browsers and other devices so we can cover as many bases as possible.
