They shouldn't blur at all. Or if they do no more than a split second. I know they are changing settings because even Firefox now has the blur for a sec or so then clear. Chrome, IE11 and MS Edge are slower.
I'm also using a Netgear Nighthawk gamers router.
System specs below.
Also using an Intel SSD.
There is something wrong with this server and/or the forum software settings without a doubt. The connection to it is normal.

yeah we're still testing, the blur showing up is fine--it's a problem if it doesn't go away.

Posted in a different thread but it's relevant here as well. The only pics that are slow to load or blur are pics uploaded to this server, when linked from an external server there is no slowness, no blur, they appear immediately. So it's definitely a server problem.
