Password fails

Default Password fails
This morning I tried to log in and the site said my password was invalid. I checked my records against what I have saved in my secure password manager and they matched. I reset my password by requesting a new one but I would like to know why this happened as the cause is not on my end.

Not sure. You're the first to have that happen... Or at least make it public. Is everything working fine now?

Everything is working now once I changed the password.
