how to turn off notifications in the app?

I'm just wondering how to turn off the notifications on the Android app. It just gets annoying feeling my phone vibrate every 5 minutes because of an new post.

I seen it but i posted on the newest one. So far the only i know to stop it is unsubscribe from the threads
