Does anyone know how to upload pics?

Does anyone know how to upload pics from the phone? I've try and doesn't allow me.

Well on my iPhone there's a little plus in the top right of the screen that lets you attach pics from your photos or your camera. Don't know about Blackberrys or androids though.

I tried that. I have a iPhone 4. Its giving me a er message. I even tried taking the picture from the phone and upload it that way and still doesnt work
