attaching pictures in private messages
 

Not a real computer expert here. I can usually create and reply to posts however when I I want to send a private message and attach a picture, I cannot upload a picture unless I select a URL. Not sure how to do that. Usually I just select a picture from my computer but that option is not available in the private message area. Can you advise how to go about and do this or how I determine what the url is for a particular picture.
