Assistance pls with regards to posting pics
 

As mentioned above in the title, please provide assistance. The thread I am having trouble uploading pics in is:

"what did you do to your truck today'

What do you take photos with and how are you storing them? Phone, camera? smartphone, computer? I use a camera (several), a computer, and a program that can re-size . I've found the size/resolution is prohibitory of uploading photos. Aresolution of 1800 pixels by 1000 pixels (just under 1 mb), good.KM

This photo is .889 mb or 1777x1000 pixels. Took 15 seconds to upload.

Still probably running into size per upload limits. Stay with 7 or less, check if that works for ya. The size limit is most likely per each upload, I know I have way more than 14 photos uploaded to this site.

Another option is to maintain a separate photo server to copy/paste photo links from. They are completely independent of this websites server. I use Image Shack

Uber easy to use and it's free to try.

We're ok with using separate photo hosts, but image shack is pretty horrible in that it deprecates URLs pretty quickly and swaps them out for anything else.....

(and then suddenly we find threads a few years old with a bunch of porn in it)
