Like the above said, they are now merged together. So technically you can't "choose" they are the same now.

Sirius XM won't let you transfer accounts either. For example I have an XM account and they won't transfer it to a Sirius subscription. Its just stupid. They are the same company and still act like two different companies. You are correct, XM has Extreme Talk and Sirius does not. I love Extreme talk--It has Lex & Terry and the Philip File. Sirius XM is conducting bad business by having two different channel lineups. You're the same company-act like it.

I agree. But I still love having Sirius in my semi. It has the Roaddog channel, that I rarely listen to, and a sh*t ton of music channels. If for some reason I can't find anything I want to listen to, I will just plug in my Ipod instead.

They are both the same company but xm and sirius have different programs and you can still choose which one you want. I have xm in two different places in my house, and in both vehicles. It is a portable setup, we have one radio and just pull it out and plug it in where we need it. That way I only pay for one subscription.

Where we live, we are surrounded by hills on all four sides. We can't get any TV (don't miss that) or very little local radio but satellite radio works.
