i have an 08 f150 w/5.4 and i just mistakenly filled up with 93 octane gas! i feel like a real dork now and am very upset with myself, i cant believe i did this! how bad is it? ive heard all kinds of horror stories about this. what should i do? thanks.

Dont worry. It wont hurt anything, infact if you had a programer you could get more horsepower out of the higher octane.
