Default Woah! Ford is a disapointment!

Ford has really screwed me around, and i want to share my experience, and get some advice from everyone. Here is what has happened:

4 weeks ago i took my 2011 fx2 ecoboost under 2 year 36 to earnest mcarty dealership to have a oil leak inspected. Diagnosed it as turbo leaking. This was my only truck and they would not give me nothing to drive. They left me walking. 4 days ago i went up there to complain and reluctantly gave me a elantra to drive.. 3 days later my truck is finally ready! I go straight there and im told someone is pulling it around. The idiot crashes it before he gets to front of dealership!!! And all they have to say for themselves is im sorry sir we will most definatly fix it.. Ya think?! So now it is in there body shop i still dont have a truck, and its all the skin off my nose and none off theres...

Anyway does this seam right to yall? Thanks in advance for any help. Coley

What is up with people? It seems like everyone wants something for nothing here. One guy wants a new truck because he found a blemish in the paint, this guy wants a big cash payment for a mistake that the dealership is taking care of, and bitches because he didnt get a loaner that he isnt entitled to..... Its like this forum has been invaded by 17 year olds....

Dealerships are all independently owned and operated, with that said I would find a different dealer to deal with. Don't know how close to Atmore you are but Johnson Ford is top notch with customer service.

don't think that's gonna happen... and I really don't know how they calculate previous damage to resale. as long as it was repaired properly by the dealership, I don't see a problem during resale or trade-in. was not a major collision...
