Yeah when we get a new vehicle, window tint is done ASAP. Gotta have it.

You could always go darker, like real dark, in the back too.

Kinda....factory privacy glass is colored, but doesn't have the infrared and UV rejecting properties of window films.

I had my front's done with 35%, which is as dark as you can legally go here, and plan on doing the back side windows and rear glass with 50% to help keep the truck cooler and ditch the UV rays.

I hear some of the new films like ceramic or metallic can have high ir/uv rejection without much tint. Anyone tried that?

I have Llumar ceramic all over. 75% windshield, 5% brow, 10% fronts, 5% rears. Even the 75% ceramic blocks something like 65% of heat rays and 99% UV rays.

Just got a new car (to me) and the first week I tinted it all around with 20%. I used ceramic this time and I can tell a difference from my truck which is not ceramic.
