I have 05 f150 fx4 all master drivers door switchs and all other window switchs went out at same time. also when opening drivers door, radio stays on which leads me to believe its more than just a circuit breaker. the schematic will give me trouble shooting start points thanks in advance
I recently had the same issue with my 05. Did you ever figure yours out?

I replaced mine today with a new master switch. It makes a clicking noise when you press the driver window button. If you press either passenger side window the mirror defrost button lights up????

Likely the weather stripping around the window is creating a great deal of friction, increasing the load on the motor, increasing the current through the switch, causing the increased carbon build up. That's why most of us notice the up not functioning. Spraying some Armorall or similar into the weather strip channels will help reduce friction/load/carbon build up. I may update the OP to include this.

And in some cases wires break that run to/from the doors through the wire loom in the hinge side of the door. Sometimes speakers won't function, locks won't activate and windows won't work.
