Will My Truck Fit into a Parking Garage with 6.5' Clearance
Moving my daughter from Boston in May. Will be pulling back a 6x12 uhaul. The hotels in the area list a parking deck clearance of 6.5' or 78". Ford lists the truck height at 75.5" Am I good with with the 2.5" clearance? Its a little close for my comfort. I have a RCSB RWD.

If the trailer is an enclosed 6x12, it may be too tall for the parking deck. Your truck will actually be a little lower, due to the tongue weight of the trailer...so you'll have a little more clearance than normal.
However, when your front wheels are on the inclined ramp in the garage and your rear wheels are on level ground, your overhead will be reduced.
You can try it and just go slow...but you'll want to keep an eye on things so you don't get wedged. There is the possibility that you'll need to back out, so know your skill level of reversing a trailer ahead of time.
Do you have the option of street parking?

Overnight parking is hit or miss. I'm glad I dong have to live in the congested northeast. Too much hassle.

with my back rack my truck is 6'8 so i usually enter from congress st. no issue with height from that entrance. the garage is 6'10 everywhere else so you should be fine. there's another garage over by government center that has 7' clearance and there's a bunch of open air lots in the theater district too but they're usually packed
good luck! i hate driving downtown in my truck, its usually a white knuckle, road rage filled experience!

Just let the air out of your tires.

If your truck is stock height with stock tires you'll be fine. I've had 2 4x4 F150s with 2" leveling kits and 34.5" tires and they were a little under 6'6". My stock height Raptor w/ 34.4's is a little under 6'6".

I am at like 6'8'' with stock tires and 4 inch lift. My new tires will probably kick me out of 7ft garages and car washes. (That is roof, not antenna...which adds about 4-5 inches more I would say.)
