That looks more like a Nissan Hardbody to me. The rear side windows on the older Toyota extended cabs used to extend lower than the front windows, but in that picture they are even.

Yup, we are all free to buy Toyota and Honda stock, and the Japanese are free to buy Ford and GM stock.

And I've got a good buddy that works for a Japanese auto company here in Ohio that makes brake components. They pay him very well, AND they sell just as many brake components to Ford, GM and Chrysler as they do to Toyota, Honda and Nissan. You're living under a rock if you still use terms like "American made" when talking about cars and trucks.

My dad had one of the frame affected trucks. He received a very fair buyout....... very fair.

Having said that, they forgot to add the "U" in TRD. Hehe.

People will argue about anything. Either it is funny because your middle name is Jingo of funny because it is actually US made. Or it's funny because women are much smarter than men.

The one thing thus wasn't was serious.

Nope it's a Toyota, Nissan had very different lines in that era, guy I work with still drives one so I see it everyday, his frame is rock solid. Probably why he still drives it.

That red truck Is not a Toyota. I have one of that era that I bought brand new.... That truck pops up in at least two different Nissan/Datsun forums. At least one is calling it a Mazda. ....i always thought it was a Mazda due to the fender badge. Same Mazda plastic front bumper. The Toyota of that era has a metal bumper and metal valance.

Google the million mile Tundra. I doubt any ecoboost would do what that truck did.

One high mileage truck doesn't speak anything for the rest.
