Last summer I put on my new wheels and tires with some no-name black lug nuts from ebay, and they already have a bunch of rust on them so I want to replace them. What are some good ones that won't rust? Do I need to be looking at black chrome ones?

Anything non SS will rust as soon as you torque them down the first time. I'm assuming that they make black coated SS.

Do you need the splined tuner style lug nuts? I saw you have Dirty Life wheels and I had to use the splined lug nuts on my Dirty Life Ironman wheels.

Gorilla makes chrome ones but I could not find any black ones by Gorilla so I went with chrome.

I had the same issue with cheap Amazon black lug nuts on a previous car.

Well I don't think they need splined lugs, I did not use splined lugs on my initial install. It has the recessed lug holes but standard lugs seem to fit.

Have had the Gorilla black lug nuts for 4 years and no rust. Key is hand, manual installation. e.g. Rachet + socket, no impact..
