Oddly enough, I had a spot like that on the door side of my passenger front seat, and found one on the door side of my driver rear seat. Both simply wiped off with a wet rag so I didn't think too much of it. Oh, and I've got black leather interior. I figured it's either from passengers (rare), or something I've put in the truck at some point as I've generally got muddy/dusty boots in the back floorboard.

Just put seat covers on and you'll never see it again. If you think dirty seats from your Ford truck is a big problem, going to a Ram will put you on suicide watch.

May I ask why you don't think the truck is worth the money? I wouldn't buy a new GM, but yeah that Ram is extremely nice. Probably the only truck I'd consider other than my F150, if I had an extra $20k laying around.

I just feel like the truck should be nicer for the money spent (40k after taxes/tag/license) I mean come on, white spots appearing on the cloth interior when no one sits in the back in a brand new truck? It just looks and feels cheap.

maybe I am too hard to please?
