I have a '13 Focus that has the same or near same material on the door panels as the bolstering portions of your truck front seats. The material on the Focus door panels is above the grab handles. The material gets touched often by a finger, back of hand, forearm. Turns white.

I simply take a damp cloth and wipe the material down. Spots are removed.

Occasionally I've gone the extra step for giggles sprayed a couple mists of carpet cleaner on the rag to remove the spots.

I consider this just a normal item to address while detailing the interior.

Drying agent/protectant used on the cushions waiting to be installed at the factory. Another reason Ford has a better product and leads the way in Truck sales EVERY YEAR.

You should sell your truck and buy a GM product. They never have issues.

Based on the position of the seatbelt buckle, someone had been sitting back there. Maybe they were just touching stuff here and there. Kids? Dogs?

I get those white spots too and they simply wipe off with a wet cloth. Wipe it down real good, and pay attention to who gets in your truck. They must be the culprit. I notice people in the rear of my truck grabbing the front seats to shift themselves back there.

I'm not a leather fan at all and glad I got cloth this time. so far after 9 months, seats are holding up better than my 14 FX4 leather did at 3 months! wrinkle city...

I have the same issue, back of the seat and stuff where no one seats and pretty much everywhere.

If it's brand spankin new...could just be dust or residue from factory? I don't ever get random spots like that, but occasionally on the seats that are used.

Chalk it up to people, dirty hands, hair product, whatever the case.
