Default White Smoke

I have a 2004 F-150 4.6L, when I turn the truck on either first thing in the morning or after sitting awhile basically once it's cooled down it had white smoke but only for a little bit then goes away! Any ideas plz? Thanks in advance.

Check the coolant degas bottle, if you have to constantly refill it, could be a head gasket, if not then it's just the temp difference hot air hitting cold, all vehicles do it.

Does the smoke dissipate a couple feet away from the exhaust pipe, or does it linger in the air?

Keep an eye on the oil level, I suspect you are burning some.

Hold white piece of paper in the exhaust near the pipe while it's smoking. Sometimes the color/smell of the stain can help identify what's burning.

It's probably an oil smoke. Oil is seeping down into the combustion chamber when the vehicle isn't running, and when you crank it up its burning the oil off.
