I have a clicking noise ,front hub or u joint.. I just bought this 2007 lariat crew and when I was reversing with wheel all the way to the right, it starts clicking .. Doesn't do it any other time.. Only while in reverse backing into a parking space with wheel only to the right... I engaged 4 wheel and nothing seemed out of ordinary... Any suggestions.. I looked at vacuum hoses but since this is my first ford truck( loving it ).. I'm not quite sure where to look.. Any suggestions .. I love this truck, she is purdy

 

Most likely one of the front cv shafts, check for torn boots at the front hubs.
