Do it all myself. Dont have the time to sit at the dealer plus Ive seen dealers/shops screw up WAAAAYYYYY too much to trust them with anything I own unless absolutley necessary. (Warranty repair wpuld be the only reason)

I'm with you dj. At one time I did it myself. Now I go to the dealer, get a cup of joe, and walk around looking at the new trucks. 30 - 45 minutes later I'm on my way. EZPZ, and about the same time it took me to do it myself.
Of course that's what got me in big trouble, and the Platinum wound up in the driveway.

Under warranty, goes to the dealer. Out of warranty, most likely my garage, unless it's something I don't have the time or tools or skills to work on. Then it goes to a buddies shop.

For me, generally the dealer. BUT,I do have a FORD dealership that I trust. There are some dealership (like my local Chrysler dealership) that I would not trust to service my kids pedal cars.
With my older out-of-warranty verhicles, if I have a discount coupon I will have the dealer service them. If not, I do it myself. With the discounts, sometimes it is cheaper then what I can service them for myself.
