Same thing that's in my summer kit. A cell phone and road side assistance card. I do have a set of jumper cables (Snap-On) and some ratchet straps, ****** block, and automotive lock out tools. No vehicle I can't get into if called upon.

It never changes, always the same things in the back of the truck. (except for the extra weight in the bed)
* First aid kit (small one in console, big one under back seat.
* 15' log chain
* (2) ****** straps
* Large clevis
* Receiver hitch hook (see below)
* Basic tool kit with ratchet/sockets, combination wrenches, allen wrench set, hammer, screw drivers
* Jumper cables
* Blanket
* Old waterproof tarp ( to lay on if I need to get under truck to hook up a strap or fix something)
* Bungie cords
* Motorcycle tie down straps.
* Flashlight (no batteries needed) so I can always shake it to make it work
* Micro fiber rags
* Baby wipes (work well to remove blood, grease, dirt) also known as hunting wipes, race wipes, etc....
* Spare fuses
* A few pieces of wire
* Electrical tape
* Extra 400 lbs of weight in the back of the truck (sand bags) help for traction, and can be used to put under tires too
* Handgun of choice and extra ammo
* Cell phone with USB cable

Winter? We don't have winter in Florida. Our seasons are: Rainy Season, Not Rainy Season, Tourist Season, and Blue Haired Snowbird Season.
