That's a lot of miles! Looks like you got good service out of it. That gen of GM truck is damn near bulletproof!

Truck 1 - 1997 SCREW 196,000 miles on it when totaled by a kid high on dope.
Truck 2 2003 SCREW with 215,000 miles on it and just had to many things going wrong at the same time for me to keep it.
Truck 3 and present is a 2009 SCREW with 65,000 K on it...I have had great results with my F150s and will continue to pick them over the competition....by the way none of these were bought new...I pretty much always by used and its been a good plan for me so far..(and I'm 61 )

ALL PURCHASED NEW...This is my 4th Ford truck. 1982 reg cab 4x4, 1990 F250 4x4 Diesel reg cab, 1996 HD F250 4x4 Crew Cab w/460, and the current truck in my signature.
The POS I had before my current F150 was a 2004 Titan LE I bought new in 2004. Sold it in Feb of 2012 w/42k on it. Body was still in very good shape, but there wasn't much left of the frame. For something that was babied, never towed, once out of warranty it became an endless money pit.
Fuel mileage on the Eco-Boost lifetime so far is 17.9 including limited 5th wheel towing. Nissan couldn't even come close to that if it went off a cliff. It avg. 12-12.5 in town and best it ever got on the highway was 16 with a hurricane tailwind.
