What is the point of lowering trucks?!
Could someone please explain to me what the damn point is with pupil lowering trucks. It's not aesthetically pleasing, it serves no functionality, and it provides no added benefits to the automobile. So why the hell are people spending thousands of dollars to basically make their truck useless?? I have a buddy who lowers and builds lowered trucks and has a shop dedicated to just that. WHY?

It 's just something some people like to do, no different than people putting on huge lifts.

To each their own, my next truck might be lowered some to address some mobility issues. I like lowered trucks, there are others who like lifted trucks, it's a free country.

Carolina squat, many discussions on here about it. Looks like someone only had the money for half a lift kit, frankly.

It's kinda ridiculous... At least lifted/lowered your cargo doesn't fall out!

IT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than putting on huge lifts . Lifts serve a purpose of functionality . Lifts are solely to gain additional ground clearance for rock climbing, trails, ditches , swamp riding , etc. Or do we just do those things down here in Louisiana?

What is the matter with lowered?
Not only lowered, but also carried my tools back and forth to the job sites so it worked daily.
It also had a trophy or two and the tool boxes were actually figured into the lowering
