What made you buy a Ford & What do you love most about it?

Honestly, it was the best deal. I wanted a V8 and on engine alone I probably would've picked the Tundra 5.7, but the tech and everything else led to Ford. The big "truck month" incentives sealed the deal.

I know what you mean I was looking at an '04 Titan before I decided on the Ford but I'm glad I didn't get the Titan. The Ford has served me well so far.

This is my 5th Ford truck, two Rangers and three F150s. The wife has a Flex. Between my five trucks I've gone about 450k miles with zero repairs. All I've ever replaced are brake pads, tires and shocks. Why mess with that.

My first car too was a Ford, albeit a Tempo haha but I gotta say it was reliable for being as old as it was like most Ford Cars and Trucks. My Grandfather swore by Ford and being an adult now, I know why.

Quality and I was a Ford dealer tech for 11 years so I know how they work, and what to do when they don't.
Other reasons include fit and finish, I've owned or driven all other brands, gmc, chevy, dodge, imports of various manufacturers and none come close to what Ford is producing.
Oh and while it's not a deciding factor, my wife's maiden name is Ford!

I have owned 8 Ford vehicles and spent very little time broke down or in the shop!! I have purchased other vehicles but find myself trusting and loving the Fords style and power train better than any other vehicles. Here is what I have owned (in no particular order):
1980 ford fairmont
1990 ford mustang 5.0 LX coupe
1990 ford mustang 5.0 LX hatchback
2001 Ford explorer sport trac
1999 Ford f-150 work series truck
2005 Ford Expedition
2006 Ford f-150 XLT
2013 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4
I just don't see myself buying another American made vehicle from another company.

Unique & Different
I had a Chevy Avalanche and it was time for me to get another truck. I was going to get another Avalanche because I loved it so much, when my husband asked would I consider a Ford. I always likes how F150s looked but never gave a thought about getting one. To see if I would like it or not, we rent one for a week. Needless to say I was hooked. I fell in love and I went and got one. The rest is history. I'm a F150 Lover and Fan now. WoooHoo.
