Default Transmission fittament issue

Hey guys. I'm new to the forum and was hoping to get some of to chime in. Just picked up a 2000 f150 with a Romeo 4.6l and a 4r70w transmission... The engine is frozen probably something serious as it doesn't want to rotate at all..and transmission is leaking like crazy. I don't feel like rebuilding as they are available everywhere. Wanted to pick up a motor with a transmission as a combo and just drop it in.. The question is can I put fit and use a 4.6 Romeo with a 4r70w out of 2004 mercury grand marquis..or is there something I'm not considering such as gear ratios or other things..I found a running combo with 90k for $450, still in a car and can hear it run...other f150 combos are about $900! Thanks a lot for your responses in advance!

I also know that I will have to swap the intake manifold and oil pan from my f150
