All of them!!! LOL So difficult to pick just one as each and every one has made a significant improvement in some way or another. If I were left with only one choice it would definitely have to be the custom tune.

As of now, i can't decide if I want to go through 5*, Livernois, or Edge.... ya ya ya.... I know.... EDGE. I've used them on another truck of mine and I had a great time.

I'm using the SCTx4 and MPT, I also have 5* custom tunes that are really good. MPT comes out on top true to their name, More Power.

I would have to say making it handle better. I leveled by lowering the rear. Replaced factory shocks with Bilstein’s and added a sway bar. Night and day difference in handling.

My #1 mod was converting from column shift to floor shift. Not having a shifter in the console wasn't enough to stop me from buying it, but it was enough that I had to correct it! Like Rnlcomp said, they all have their place though

Changing out the stock exhaust to the Borla Touring exhaust. It really adds to the sound of the 5.0 especially in sports mod. It puts a smile on your face every time you start it up.
