What fuel type do you put in your EcoBoost?

Runs great on regular unleaded 87 octane. Tows 7k just fine on 87 octane. Fuel mileage might be a tad better running in premium but not enough to offset the price. Besides, I probably couldn’t tell the difference.

I have found very little difference between 93 and 87 as far as MPG. Power/performance, yes, but MPG is the same with either. So far ~20 for winter and ~22 for summer.

I run 93 in the summer, but I'm also running a 93 tune. In the winter I go down to 87 and retune for that octane. Colder tires and colder pavement means I spin out too often with the 93 octane tune!
When my truck was bone stock for that one month I ran 87 octane.

I run 87 Octane E10 in the winter, as it makes little difference to me during the cold months.
During late Spring-Fall (now) I run 91 Octane E0. I get better mpg and the LOM is more accurate. Went from 16.5 mpg to 18mpg and LOM went from 8% off to 2% recently. My AC seems to run colder too (but that’s probably all in my head).
If you want the most cost effective fuel, run 87 E10 all the time. If you want the best performance, then you will pay more. Does it matter that you have more performance and pay $10-20 month more in fuel? Your choice. YMMV.

In Colorado our options are 85, 87, and 91. Costco doesn't sell mid-grade and I tow a decent amount though, so most of the time I end up with 91. That being said, I did end up with a tank of 87 on one of my camping trips, and experienced no issues towing my 6,000+lb trailer through the mountains.

93, sounds like there is a few less bolts bouncing around in the engine then it does on 87 under light load. Plus pulling the camper puts a hell of a load on it so a bit of extra head room and the few extra hp is nice.
Something odd i have noticed, last summer 91 and 93 would get the LOR to -1, now on 93 its still at like +.5-.7. Wonder if the changed the additives/formula for whoever is supplying the local stations. Or maybe there is something wrong with this heap of crap.
